Fabric Orders

Our linen fabrics are sold by the yard and cut according to the length selected by the customer.

Because fabric is cut specifically for each order, cut fabric lengths and custom-cut products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Custom Products

Custom-made products, including personalized items and made-to-order home products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

Shipping

Shipping times and processing times are provided as estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
